RAW DESIGN

All of Raw Design products are made to order. Since they are handmade, there may be slight variations in patterns and colors. Our goal is to make sure all our customers are happy with their purchase. We have been making and selling peppermills for 25 years and have sold over 100,000 during that time and stand behind our products. If for some reason, you are unhappy with the item you ordered when you receive it, we will be glad to exchange it for another or give you a credit. However, if you must return your purchase for a refund, you can return it and once we receive it, provided there is no damage, we will refund your money less a 25% restocking/reconditioning fee. If there is damage to the mill that requires refurbishing then additional fees will be deducted from your refund.
